Alpha House Mortgage Corporation has a well-earned reputation for caring about our customers, lenders, our mortgage professionals and support staff. This care results in quality mortgage advice to our clients, based on listening to them so that our mortgage products can be structured to their needs and risk tolerances. We meet regularly with our lenders so that we can understand nuances in their portfolio of product offerings, because there are differences. Internally we share information amongst each other so that in serving our clients we have the combined knowledge base of many, combining over 100 years of experience.
I am proud to have been associated with the 'Alpha Hosers' for over 20 year. I supplement my own knowledge with the experiences of our broker-owner Scott Lindsey and key professionals like Jonathan Starr, Merv Gabriel and others. In turn I share my expertise with them and with the more junior members in our team.
Our company philosophy is that if a mortgage can be done, Alpha House can do it. We focus on residential mortgages but are equally adept at commercial and industrial financings as well.

I work with my clients to gather information and then focus my energies on getting a fast approval with the best terms and conditions possible.
Interaction with my customers is based on a philosophy of mutual respect, open communication and quick response time. With more difficult client situations, my success is measured by my ability to select the right lender and then in packaging the information appropriately- to one of twenty-five plus institutional/private lenders, finding the right niche in the marketplace.
Today's mortgage market place is varied and complex, and the mortgage applicant is more likely to be self-employed, on contract, or show limited reported income. Whatever the situation, each
client expects the best rates and terms.
A good mortgage broker must have the ability to assess all these factors rapidly, right from the outset to get the client approved.
Whether you are the direct applicant, or a referring realtor, financial planner, accountant or lawyer, you can be well assured that I am dedicated to serving the client's best interest.
Now that our deal has closed and we are officially first time homeowners, I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you once again for all of your hard work and dedication over the past week.
